Julien,
This may be related to the gdal version, as the rasterization tool is
based on gdal capabilities and you have problems that Manuel does not.
Can you try with a newer one ?

Thank you for your interest in my problem.
I tried to reproduce the issue with a shapefile containing one
polygone. The .tif file generated by otbcli_Rasterization still
presents the same problem. The shapefile I used and the output of
otbcli_Rasterization are in attachment of this message.
I use qGIS to visualize the shapefile and the raster (cf. screenshot
in attachment).
When I use gdalinfo, I receive:
$ gdalinfo test.tif
