Larry, I've got one question regarding your patch, your patch with forward declaration in your homebrew formula is slightly different than the patch apply by Greg. There is especially one patch apply by Greg in ITK in 'itkNumericTraitsVectorPixel.h'. I did not see this patch in your formula.
Can you confirm that you've tested that your 2 patches make OTB 3.20 build under Mavericks?
