Indeed OTB does not support calibration of GeoEye data, the main reason is that we do not have the absolute calibration gain and bias per channel to convert DN to Luminance (AFAIK those values are not available in the metadata file provided with the product or on the GeoEye website). Do you have those values available with your product? It is perhaps available now in newer product version...
