Ok. Do you use raw (sensor) images or orthorectified ones ? In the
former case, you can not expect the same vector file to work on both :
since there are no SRS info in your images, the software does not know
how to transform the polygons. Can you try to build a simple training
set on the panchromatic image to test it ?
