Hi, In QGIS, you can have a look at the menu Processing>Options>Providers>OTB
For my Windows configuration, "OTB applications folder" points to : C:\OSGeo4W\apps\orfeotoolbox\applications and "OTB command line tools folder" points to : C:\OSGeo4W\bin (Do you use a standalone installation or the OSGEO4W installer ?
