Yes, you need to use the skipcarto option. There is no other way unless
you modify the code.

Hi otb-users,
My problem is about orthorectification is; I can orthorectify the
raw images(aerial) using DTED or constant elevation, but when I
try to ortho-ready or geo-rectified image, there is no change
between input and output image. Can anyone help me why results are
not change? I tried constant elevation and DEM while
orthorectifying image.
