Hi Sylvio, the object labelling module in Monteverdi allows only to perform SVM based classification.
For now Decision Tree is only available in OTB in the TrainImagesClassifier application which is used in the pixel based framework: http://orfeo-toolbox.org/CookBook/CookBooksu118.html#x152-8600005.8.8 Being able to perform object based classification with all classifiers and extend current classification applications framework is one of our top priority. Sure it will be possible in a future release in OTB.
