Hi, take care also that OTB does not take "ortho ready" geo-information as input for sensor refinement or epipolar geometry estimation.
It is possible to bypass ortho-ready information using the extended filename mechanism in OTB: http://orfeo-toolbox.org/SoftwareGuide/SoftwareGuidech6.html#x26-900006.10 The option is called "skipcarto".
