Hi Payal, I think that otb 3.20 compile with ITK_USE_REVIEW=yes. For ITK_USE_REVIEW_STATISTICS=yes I am not sure.
I think that it refer to the new statistic framework of ITK which is now integrated in ITK 4.X. OTB 4.0 is the first release compatible with this version of ITK so I would advise you if you want to work with the new statisctics framework of ITK and to use OTB to upgrade to last OTB stable release (version 4). Please note also that since version 4.0 OTB is now compatible with the internal and the external version of ITK.
