Hello All,

I am using OTB-4.0 with External ITK-4.5.2 . While configuring ITK ,option
ITK_USE_SYSTEM_HDF is off. while configuring OTB ,option
OTB_USE_EXTERNAL_GDAL is on and I have enabled hdf5 support in gdal(1.11.0)
by installing hdf-1.8.13 and configuring gdal with it. I have set
GDAL_INCLUDE_DIR to /usr/local/include and GDAL_LIB_DIR to
/usr/local/lib/libgdal.so.1 while configuring gdal. Now the problem is when
I am trying to read or write HDF files using OTB it gives me warning :there
may be a segmentation fault later because it links to hdf 1.8.13 headers*
but it links to 1.8.7 libraries*(Error is not exactly the same.i dont
remember the exact error.but the meaning is this)...I have not installed
hdf-1.8.7 on my system...

How to solve it? how to make my program links to hdf 1.8.13 libraries? any
help is appreciated.

Thank You,
Payal
