Hi,
Old FLTK classes were there only for Monteverdi 1.x support. As OTB is
an image processing library, not a GUI one, and as we brought QT in for
applications GUI, it made sense to do some cleanup. The FLTK based
classes have therefore been moved to Monteverdi 1.x source code, where
they can still be used from an external project [1].
