When I try to execute the otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine.exe,it cannot work,you can see the information in the following.It means cannot start the problem,because the computer lose gdal111.dll.Try to reinstall the program.But the gdal111.dll is in the gdal package which is downloaded by the OSGeo4W,so when I use the cmake to configure,the file should have been included.
