Hi, I starting to use otbgui_VertexComponentAnalysis to extract the endmembers from an hyperspectral image of reflectivities (with dimensions MxNxBands) and I get the output image with the endmembers but I don't understand some values of the output image pixels because there are some values upper than 1 and it is not possible to represent reflectivities...
My question is what kind of data represents the pixels output of the image? is the reflective response of each endmembers? I would appreciate if someone could indicate me some reference or paper in which otbgui_VertexComponentAnalysis is based on.
