Hi,
In the Orthorectification application, you can give the path to your
TIFF DEM using the same setting "DEM directory". The TIFF file will be
used by the DEM handler as long as it has its projection information
embedded.
Maybe you should also give a default elevation above ellipsoid so that
the DEM handler returns a reasonable value outside your TIFF DEM.
However I don't know precisely its behaviour in this case.
