I assume you already have OSGeo installed, with OTB dependencies.
If it is not the case, you can install OTB package via OSGeo (so that it
will drag all dependencies), then remove OTB after to avoid conflicts.
You also need CMake. Then you can run cmake from an OSGeo shell and do
the classic configure and build steps.
The configure step from Cmake should produce a VisualStudio project
file. In order to use it, you should :
- launch VisualStudio from your OSGeo shell
- open the VisualStudio project generated by Cmake

your problem looks like a missing path to GDAL during link step.
Are you using Visual10 directly, or via OSGeo and Cmake ?
If you use OSGeo, you have to launch the compilation from an OSGeo
shell, because it will set usefull environment variables.
