The classification is not the problem, i have some difficulty, for exemple,
when I want to extract primitive or make a post-processing. I can give you
some exemple where I had this message:

- when I want to extract the Green-Red Index of my studie area photo with
this command line. The size of my inpout image is 12.4 GO.
otbcli_BandMath -il
C:/inventaire_struct_arboree/Donnees/Orth/Ortho_larzac_2013 -out
C:\inventaire_struct_arboree\tests\Ortho\GI_Larzac.tif -exp
"(im1b2-im1b1)/(im1b2+im1b1+0.001)" .

- when I try to make fusion of two classifications. The first was built
with a concatenation of GreenRed Index, Haralick (advanced) on red band and
Haralick (advanced) on green band. The second was made with GreenRed Index,
SFSTexture extraction on Red band and Haralick (advanced) on red band. The
sizes of my input images that give me error are between 30 to 40 MO. The
commande line I use give me good result sometimes but for some tests (the
biggest in size) site i have the error message that I mentioned.
otbcli_FusionOfClassifications -il:
C:\inventaire_struct_arboree\tests\Ortho2013\classif_commune\regularized_classification_site8_RandomForest.tif

C:\inventaire_struct_arboree\tests\Ortho2013\classif_commune_SFS\regularized_classification_site8SFS.tif

-method: dempstershafer -method.dempstershafer.cmfl:
C:/inventaire_struct_arboree/tests/Ortho2013/classif_commune/matrice_commune.csv

C:/inventaire_struct_arboree/tests/Ortho2013/classif_commune_SFS/matrice_SFS.csv

-method.dempstershafer.mob: precision -nodatalabel: 0 -undecidedlabel: 10
-out: C:/inventaire_struct_arboree/tests/Ortho2013/fusion/fusion_site1_2.tif

- when I want to make SOMClassification, I did'nt write the command line
but even in monteverdi2 (with little images) I can't make anything even if
I change inpout parameters

- when I try to make the differents step of LSMSSegmentation, after the
smoothing impossible to continue and finish the segmentation.

In these cases I can't finish my work cause of this error message.

Regards,
Clovis
