Also, there isn't any find_package(ITK) ... in the CMakeLists.txt
maybe adding the following lines before find_package(OTB .... in
CMakeLists.txt might help.
# ITK
find_package(ITK REQUIRED)
if(ITK_FOUND)
MESSAGE(STATUS "ITK found")
include(${ITK_USE_FILE})
else(ITK_FOUND)
message(FATAL_ERROR "ITK not found. Please set ITK_DIR")
endif(ITK_FOUND)
