Dear all,
I'm facing a problem with otbcli_ComputeImageStatistics for multiband
images :
I basically compute statitics using otbcli_computeImageStatistics for a
multiBand images as so :
otbcli_ComputeImageStatistics -in IMAGE -bv 0 -out STATS.xml
And do a comparaison extracting only the first band :
otbcli_Bandmath -il IMAGE -exp "im1b1" -out IMAGE_b1.tif
otbcli_ComputeImageStatistics -in IMAGE_b1.tif -bv 0 -out STATS_b1.xml
Despite results are not the same on Stddev.
Is someone has seen such problems ?
Is this a probleme in otbimplementation or in my way of doing ?
in example :
Multiband => BAnd 1
<Statistic name="mean">
<StatisticVector value="55.2733" /> [...]
<Statistic name="stddev">
<StatisticVector value="1.50785" /> [...]
Extract of first band :
<Statistic name="mean">
<StatisticVector value="55.2733" />
</Statistic>
<Statistic name="stddev">
<StatisticVector value="18.7727" />
(A rapid comparaison with gdalinfo confirm the second result ...)
