At least otbcli_FineRegistration has trouble to deal with path names that include an space, even if the path name is provided within ' ' I know having spaces in path names is an unnecessary complication but some external drives get that kind of name automatically.
This is a simplified example: alobo@Delia:~$ mkdir "mi tmp" alobo@Delia:~$ mkdir "mi_tmp" alobo@Delia:~$ otbcli_FineRegistration -ref /tmp/imain_4.tif -sec /tmp/imain_1.tif -out '/home/alobo/mi tmp/IMG_0013FRX1.tif' -erx 5 -ery 5 -mrx 100 -mry 100 -ssrx 50 -ssry 50 -m MRSD ERROR: Troubles loading parameter, please check your line argument... Instead, alobo@Delia:~$ otbcli_FineRegistration -ref /tmp/imain_4.tif -sec /tmp/imain_1.tif -out '/home/alobo/mitmp/IMG_0013FRX1.tif' -erx 5 -ery 5 -mrx 100 -mry 100 -ssrx 50 -ssry 50 -m MRSD works fine. Note that commands such as gdal_translate -b 4 -co PROFILE=BASELINE '/home/alobo/mi tmp/IMG_0013.tif' /tmp/imain_4.tif or simply alobo@Delia:~$ cp '/media/alobo/FREECOM HDD/Iomega_HDD/FLUXPYR/Bertolina20150709/Bert20150709Mic/MultiMica/IMG_0013.tif' '/home/alobo/mi tmp' work fine. Any trick for making these path names be accepted in otbcli apps?
