In the CookBook link I sent you they claim that if you set *Training and 
validation sample* ratio то 0 
all will be for training and if I'm right the in log window you should have 
conf. matrix ONLY for 
training samples. See the line below

*Training and validation sample ratio: Ratio between training and 
validation samples (0.0 = all training, 1.0 = all validation) (default = 
0.5).*
