Hi Hristo,

in the Gui of the OTB applications, the parameter "Number of neurons in
each intermediate layers" allows indirectly to define the number of
hidden layers (one line in the widget corresponds to one hidden layer).
See my capture attached with 3 intermediate layers with 100 neurons in
each.

Do you have such widget in the QGIS interface to provide a list of
neurons numbers?
