Hi Julien,
I suppose that you're using the last stable release 5.0.0. Unfortunately
muparser developers have moved the location of the muparser tarball
after the OTB release from sourceforge to an other location. The MD5
error is a little bit confusing but it's in fact because it's a dead link.
To solve this issue, we're providing a single tarball which contains all
the archive for all OTB dependencies which allow to compile OTB using
the superbuild mechanism without having to download anything apart a
unique archive. So suggest:
- download the complete tarball with sources of all otb dependencies
(700Mo):
https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/packages/SuperBuild-archives-5.0.tar.bz2
- Unzip it on your local machine
- Then, In the Superbuild cmake configuration, set the DOWNLOAD_LOCATION
to point to the path of the extracted archive
- recompile everything
I'll suggest to restart the cmake configuration and configuration from
scratch.
Note also that the dead link was corrected in the development version:

Manuel
