Now the account creation is moderated, there is no need to check if the
edits are coming from a human.

Is it possible to take out the no-spam questions(what does OTB stand for?)
when editing a wiki page? . Many times I had observed that even correct
answers are wrong. I can give different version of OrfeoToolbox with and
without spaces.. It is kind of annyoing.
