I tried to run the OpticalCalibration by switching the level from toc to 
toa and it works perfectly. So, the problem does not seem to come from 
reading the image file or from the TOA reflectance calculation but rather 
from the atmospheric correction part of the processing chain.

Are all the input parameters mandatory to run the atmospheric correction ? 
I didn't include the AERONET file for example but rather gave a realistic 
value to all the parameters inlcuding AOT.
