(and Germany) in 2016 in the frame of the OSGeo foundation:
- Paris Code Sprint 2016 Tues, Feb 23 - Fri, Feb 26 (4 days) at Mozilla

This is a "C/C++ tribe" code sprint.
- FOSS4G-FR : FOSS4G local conference organized by the French chapter of
OSGeo. The 2016 edition will take place from Wednesday 11 to Thursday,
May 12, 2016 at the National School of Geographical Sciences - ENSG
(Cité Descartes, Champs-sur-Marne , Marne-la-Vallée - RER A, Noisy
-Champs). More info will be provided soon on osgeo-fr website:

- FOSS4G: FOSS4G is the acronym for Free and Open Source Software for
Geospatial. It is the annual recurring global event hosted by OSGeo
