thanks for the rapid response. 

And I have another issue using a DEM with otbcli_BundleToPerfectSensor. 
I've set -elev.dem "/home/martin/Data/SRTM"/ which is the folder I put my 
DEM files. I tried different versions of SRTM (the one suggested and 
available as hgt, also Geotiff, also tiles and merged mosaics) however, I 
always get the message "Elevation management: setting default height above 
ellipsoid to 0 meters". I do not get an error message and the module runs, 
however, I believe that no DEM is used, as exactly the same happens when i 
put a random TIF image in the folder (not even a DEM).
