Hi,

thanks for the tricks.

I have tried and it works well with 10m.

However, I tried to extract 20m bands and the results is the same as 10m.

otbcli_ExtractROI -in
"/media/sf_clardeux/TMP/S2/Cameroon/S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20151206T152255_R093_V20151206T094609_20151206T094609.SAFE/S2A_OPER_MTD_SAFL1C_PDMC_20151206T152255_R093_V20151206T094609_20151206T094609.xml?&sdataidx=SENTINEL2_L1C:S2A_OPER_MTD_SAFL1C_PDMC_20151206T152255_R093_V20151206T094609_20151206T094609.xml:20m:EPSG_32632"

-out /media/sf_clardeux/TMP/S2/roi_s2.tif uint16 -startx 10000 -starty
15000 -sizex 5000 -sizey 5000

What should be the good command line ?

For information, in windows (not ubuntu for otb), I tried with gdal
translate and it works very well.

I will try to compile again otb with superbuild but with gdal 2 and not 1.11

Best
