Hi,
In this module, height can not be directly set in the gcp list, it is
interpolated from a DEM (usually SRTM). We could do a slight
modification to support this, but as of now it is not supported.

Module GenerateRPCSensorModel requires "Points are stored in following
format: col row lon lat" whereas my Ground Control Points has another
height and are formatted: "rol row X Y Z"
Please direct me to use this module.
