Hi,

You could try to patch the DIMAP : in the section /Dimap_Document/Metadata_Identification/METADATA_PROFILE, replace the profile by one of S6_SENSOR, S6_MOSAIC, S6_ORTHO.

Hi Manuel and everyone,

About the proposed solution to duplicate the SPOT6 classes, I had a look at the code, also on the OSSIM website, and I don't feel so confident on my capability to do that.

I was just wondering: is there a way to make the SPOT7 data look like SPOT6 to OTB? How does OTB identify the sensor? Is it based on the DIM file or even on the filename? Even though it would not be a very clean way to go, I would be curious to try.

Thanks

Hi Arthur,

sorry my answer can be confusing (and not quite relevant). There is no
reason why Spot7 can not be supported in OTB or OSSIM in the future.

Just wanted to say that adding new supported sensors depends on
opportunity, contributions...etc and for Spot7 there were perhaps less
opportunities now.

Just went to the GeoStore and I can see that there are still Spot7
products available in tech catalog (don't know about tasking)...my
remark was indeed not relevant :)
