We very much appreciate that. The behavior is normal in the sense the package is working and using the correct Qt installation. I agree that the current look & feel set back us to 80's but it was not intentional at all. We couldn't get a clean Qt build with superBuild that enable gtk theme. there is some thing I could have done to get it right on the release package but it was too late for 5.4. So We planned it for next release. Hopefully by 5.6, I plan to get back the traditional gtk look and feel of the system!
