Regarding the meeting, as I'm about planning the trip, 1. Can you confirm that it is going to take place as planned? 2. I'll get there by train but will leave by plane because I'm going to another meeting, is it easy to get to the airport shuttle from the meeting room? 3. Could you advice on any hotel close (or well communicated) to the meeting place?
