Hi,

not 100% sure but as the Train application re-project the input polygons in the image projection, the error could be related to an issue at this step. More precisely if the re-projected polygons don't match the image geometry then the sampler can't read pixel values to train the classifier.

Can you give more info about the image and vector geometries?

It would help to provide the output of gdalinfo and ogrinfo for both input image and training polygons.

Thanks in advance.

Manuel

Hello everyone,

After trying multiple times to use Monterverdi 2.0 to run a classification, i got the same error : "Statistics cannot be calculated with zero relevant pixels".

For more details, i clipped a pleiade image to minimize the processing time by a vectorial mask, and ran these OTB applications in this order : Compute images second order statistics > Train a classifier from multiple images > Image classification
The error appears while running the "Image classification".

To fix the issue, I already tried to change the vector data, to use another clipper application, to not use statistics from "Compute images second order stats" in the "Image classification" application.

At this point I don't understand where this issue comes from and i didn't find any explanation on the multiples forums that could help on this field.

So if you have any idea that could help me out on it, I would be really grateful.

Dhersin Thomas.
