When I use otbcli_ExtractROI to extract regions of interest of raw WorldView2 images I loose all projection information. I have been having some issues moving back and forth between GDAL and OTB, and wanted to try an all OTB implementation. Using "gdal_translate -srcwin ..." mostly works but appears to drop some definitions or does not play gracefully with expected but missing variables.
What is the common practice in OTB to extract an ROI and keep all other metadata in place?
