Hi Jordi, Thanks for your input. I cannot find ComputeImagesStatistic in OTB. Instead, I find Compute Images Second order Statistic. I tried it but it only accepted raster file, not a shapefile. While the one i need to compute is a vector file. I will try to convert it into raster and see what happened.
Is there any further input how to calculate statistic of a vector file? Thank you. Best regards.
