Hi, 

It seems that you are building inside the source tree. I think this is not a 
good thing. Prefer building outside :

cd ~
mkdir -p Superbuild/OTB
cd Superbuild/OTB
ccmake [with all your options] $OTB_SOURCE_DIR
make

I wrote a detailed procedure here 
http://jordiinglada.net/wp/2015/05/27/installing-otb-has-never-been-so-easy-8/. 
It is for Debian, but should work for other distros also with minor changes.
