Hi,

It is quite uncommon that the input sensor geometry image has a negative y spacing, and this sure confuses Orfeo ToolBox, which always assume positive spacing for y spacing in sensor geometry.

Can you :
- Give insight on your Orfeo ToolBox version and package,
- post the result of gdalinfo command on the panchro image,
- Check that there are no tfw files associated with the panchro tif file (usually we handle jpeg2000 products, and have troubles with the j2w files ...). If there is a tfw file, try removing it and ReadImageInfo again.

There are two different solutions depending on the outcome of those tests :
- If the problem comes from the tfw file, removing it or using the skipcarto extended filename option will do the trick,
- Or you could use gdal_edit.py to reset spacing to a correct value

Hi everybody,

I have a small problem with the use of the OTB. I use the library Orfeo in a professional environnement to process Pleiades image using command line. We use ADS products at PRIMARY BUNDLE brought to L2A (orthorectified and atmo corrected). We never had any problems in our workflow until this week:

- We ordered a picture "INSTANT TASKING" format PRIMARY
- We ran the process, but we had a problem with orthorectification: the image is upside down (mirror effect) and just above the position it should occupy on the map.

After going trought the OTB manual and the forum and the metadata of the image, it seems that this problem could be because "yspacing" is a negative value ... Another possibility is that the product is delivered in the format SYSTEM_SENSOR and not SENSOR as usual.

My question is this: is it possible to overcome this problem? Is it possible to set up a routine that automatically overcomes this problem in a script, when necessary?

To light my problem, here is the command line used
