Hi all, I have a question concerning two parameters of the meanshift segmentation algorithm, spatial radius and minimum region size. As both determine the number of pixels per segment (as far as I understood them), does in make any difference if you use a larger radius during segmenting (through a larger spatial radius) or merge small segments with neighboring, radiometrically similar segments through a larger minimum region size afterwards?
