One more tip : you should change default value of -opt.gridspacing
parameter (see last warning of the logs) : the default is 4 meters, it
will generate a deformation grid that is finer than the input image grid
which is overkill (default value has been set when OTB was mainly
focused on optical VHR). You can use something like 4 time the output
spacing (40) or even set it to the spacing of the input DEM.

Indeed I thought that original output of otbcli_DownloadSRTMTiles
could be used for orthorectification.
However, the solution is easy, just unzip the dem files.
I will search how to unzip it in python script whatever linux or
windows but if you know how to do it for both OS, I am interested.
