I think you need to clear build/QT4 directory and remove 
build/configure_qt4.sh before rebuilding QT4

cd /path/to/superbuild-binary-dir
rm -fr QT4 
rm -f configure_qt4.sh

all I can think of forcing these two "rm commands" as external_step for QT4

before doing that fix into develop, I would like to see a confirmation that 
removing those files works for you
