Hi,
The standalone package just contains binaries.
You can either use OTB SuperBuild to compile all dependencies, or
you can also give a try to a Linux XDK :
https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/packages/xdk/OTB-5.9
It contains libraries and headers for all OTB dependencies,
without OTB itself.
