Hi Philippe, Like Guillaume said, QGIS needs files that describe each application (.xml). For now, there is only a few in QGIS (but there should be more in the future!) In the meantime, you can add any application by adding/editing this .xml file like explained shortly for Linux here. <https://wiki.orfeo-toolbox.org/index.php/QGIS_access_to_OTB_applications#How_to_compile_and_use_remote_modules_.28or_any_OTB_app.29_in_QGIS> For Windows it should be the same principle, with your .xml files located in the user's ".qgis2" folder. You can even customize your own QGIS processing toolbox by editing field names, default values, choices, etc.
