Hi,

In QGIS, go to:
Processing > Options > Providers > Orfeo Toolbox

Then,
-check "activate"
-set the OTB applications folder 
(your_otb_install_directory/lib/otb/applications)
-set the OTB command line tools folder (your_otb_install_directory/bin)
-you can also set the geoid and DEM directories
