Hello, I want to orthorectify a Pleiades image but I have wrong result (several kms translation).
I have searched for the cause of the error, and I think that there is a problem at the beginning, when reading the metadata of the original file. In the image, there is a village called Montarnaud that should be at 3.6985 / 43.6494 ° When I open the original file in Monteverdi (a Tif called IMG_PHR1B_MS_201604141029595_SEN_1890982101-002_R1C1.TIF) and I look at the coordinates, the coordinates of Montarnaud is at 4.0092 / 43.9666 ° There is a DIM_PHR1B_MS... XML file and a RPC_PHR1B_MS... XML file I tried to generate a geom file with otbcli_ReadImageInfo. According to the geom file created, the extent of the image is : ll_lat: 43.6157701531794 ll_lon: 3.59945581343845 lr_lat: 43.6073315845906 lr_lon: 3.7402283896589 ul_lat: 43.7243632177987 ul_lon: 3.59899785761015 ur_lat: 43.7151686120068 ur_lon: 3.74044699357041 It matches with the bounding polygon inside the DIM file. And yet, in the Monteverdi display, the village of Montarnaud is at 4.0092 / 43.9666 ° which is wrong and out of bounds. :( What could be wrong ?
