Hi Agus,
Can you post your previous command line as well (call to
otbcli_LSMSSegmentation) ?
Thanks,
Regards,
Julien

If I do:
otbcli_LSMSSmallRegionsMerging -in filtered_range.tif -inseg
segmentation.tif -out segmentation_merged.tif uint32 -minsize 7
-tilesizex 256 -tilesizey 256
otbcli_LSMSVectorization -in filtered_range.tif -inseg
segmentation_merged.tif -out sminiPCA3MSS_r50_s5_R10_S5_m7.shp
-tilesizex 256 -tilesizey 256
otbcli_LSMSSmallRegionsMerging does not have any effect: input
(segmentation.tif) and
output (segmentation_merged.tif) are identical, despite the fact that
in the result I can see many patches smaller than 7.
If I rise minsize to 10, then otbcli_LSMSSmallRegionsMerging does have
an effect.
Any reason for this?
Thanks
Agus
