Hi Agustin, Yes, there are several ways to do that. You can use Windows' own cmd.exe, but that's very limited. The better option is to use a port of Bash on Windows. There are a few available, for example:
http://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/ https://git-scm.com/downloads ships with one I think Then you need to add otbcli_* to your PATH, as on Linux. We put a otbenv.profile in the binary pakage you can "source" to help with that.
