Hi, If you only have 1 sample in some classes, it will be difficult to perform the SampleSelection using the modes "smallest" or "constant". However, since your total number of samples is not huge, you could select "all" the available samples. As you proposed, you can also remove these small classes from your shapefile (or maybe fuse them with similar classes).
