Hi Ghassem,
Is it possible that your segmentation parameters are too coarse,
resulting into a single segment covering the entire image ? What does
the raster mode output ?
If not, can you file a bug report at bugs.orfeo-toolbox.org ?

Thanks a lot for the new version.
I have noticed that except version 5.8 other versions like 5.10 and
5.10.1 have an issue within '*otbgui_Segmentation.bat*' application.
Apparently, when I use Mean-shift and try to get a vector output, I
get an empty shapefile more like a mask vector shapefile which has the
borders of the image as one polygon. I am using the windows version.
It works fine with 5.8 version but I am very eager to use 5.10.1
because of new apps added.
I wasn't sure if it's my system or not and I tried it on another
system too. I was wondering if others have the same issue too.
