Hi Syrine, While awaiting for the solutions to the problems we are facing, you can try this and see: Install the QGIS 2.8.1 or 2.8.9 (I haven't tested other version) set-up for 32bit system even if your machine is 64bit. The 32bit QGIS is working correctly on my 64bit Windows. With 32bit installation, you don't need to configure the OTB and all the tools worked fine for me. However, with the 64bit set-up, you need to configure OTB after installation and when you do so, you will still face the problems. I am not sure what cause the problem but you can try to install a 32bit QGIS set-up and see.
