and it looks like that's the transformation matrix indeed. Not sure what it's exactly as it depends on the parameters you used. for regular PCA it should be the eigen vectors of the covariance matrix of the image, no? probably centered and normalized also. So if you want to reconstruct the image you would need the original mean and std of each band. Is that something you need to do? Sorry I don't have much more to go on. Anyone else?
