Hi,
Since this operation is quite long, I would not recommend running it
through another software. Can you try running it from command-line ? You
could then send us your command-line and the terminal log so that we
could analyse what is going on.

I am new to OTB, running it on linux.
I have tried using the QGIS OTB toolbox (Stereo Framework) but it
hangs at 98%.
I have also tried going through monteverdi without success.
Any suggestion greatly appreciated,
